Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Rippling implementations and data migration.
Experience migrating data from Oracle HCM Cloud to Rippling, or from a comparable enterprise HCM platform into Rippling.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and effective-dated HR data.
Experience with Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting data.
Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation.
Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, REST APIs, or equivalent integration mechanisms.
Experience working with CSV/file-based interfaces, APIs, SQL, and data transformation tools.
Ability to analyse large HR datasets and resolve data-quality and mapping issues.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Strong technical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
