Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Rigger and Engineer role located in Hindoli. The role involves setting up, repairing, or adjusting rigging systems for lifting and moving heavy equipment or structures. The Rigger and Engineer will work closely with engineering teams to ensure safety compliance and perform maintenance of rigging equipment as required. This position demands adherence to safety protocols, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in rigging, understanding of rigging gear, and safe rigging practices.
- Engineering skills in mechanical or technical problem-solving and familiarity with industrial equipment maintenance.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering designs, and technical drawings relevant to rigging tasks.
- Proficiency in using tools required for setup, repair, and adjustment of rigging equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with various teams effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to heavy equipment handling and movement.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding on-site conditions.
- A diploma or degree in mechanical, civil, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in rigging and safety practices are an advantage.
