Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Rider role located in Pan India. The Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include planning routes, ensuring the safe handling of items, coordinating with the team for accurate deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The Rider will also maintain documentation related to deliveries and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience with navigation, route planning, and time management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with standard safety procedures and vehicle maintenance
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record
- Ability to handle packages with care and maintain accurate delivery records
- Willingness to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and fresher with delivery roles or logistics will be an advantage
