Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Rider responsible for the secure and timely submission of passports to VFS centers and agents. The Rider will handle the collection and delivery of documents, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with the company's standards for confidentiality and safety. The role requires adherence to established routes and schedules while delivering exceptional and professional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in local navigation, route planning, and basic documentation handling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and secure handling of documents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and familiarity with local traffic rules and regulations.
- Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
