RIDER/Field Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rider/Field Executive, based in Agra. The Rider/Field Executive will be responsible for field visits, logistical operations, documentation, and timely delivery of materials across designated areas. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination among team members, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to organizational goals and deadlines. Additional responsibilities include building positive relationships with community members and stakeholders during fieldwork.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and community stakeholders.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities for maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in navigating routes and understanding basic logistics for timely deliveries in the field.
• Basic literacy and documentation skills for recording and reporting field activities.
• Willingness to travel within designated regions and adapt to dynamic working environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for roles involving transportation).
• Prior fieldwork or logistics experience is a plus.
• A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven attitude towards social welfare and public service.
