• IT industry experience and 3-5 years of relevant experience from specified domain,
• Sound Technical knowledge of Domain specified
• Good communication Skills

• Experience of working enterprise tools for monitoring, ticketing, security and systems management like HP OV, CMDB, Service Now, CyberArk, Satellite Patching, Altiris etc.
• Should comply with security standards.
