RHEL Consutant (Openshift Migration)

Position: RHEL Consultant (OpenShift Migration)

Employment Type: Contractual (9–12 Months)

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate legacy RHEL workloads to Red Hat OpenShift, enabling platform modernization and container adoption.

• Design and configure OpenShift clusters (networking, storage, namespaces, HA setup).

• Implement container and platform security (RBAC, SCC policies, secrets management, vulnerability scanning).

• Optimize performance, resource utilization, and scaling strategies in OpenShift environments.

• Integrate OpenShift and RHEL logs with SIEM (ArcSight) for centralized security monitoring.

• Develop SIEM use cases and alerting mechanisms for threats, unauthorized access, and workload anomalies.

• Assess existing RHEL infrastructure and applications, define migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor), and drive execution.
