Location: Kolkata, India (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer & Manager of Clinical & Data Services

Cozeva, is a SaaS tool created by ARW, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions, aimed at transforming care delivery and payment. Our innovative platform focuses on value-based care, empowering healthcare teams to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Research, coordinate, and produce responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quotes)

Assist in the build and implementation of a proposal management and RFP repository to maintain final versions of RFPs for crafting competitive responses

Facilitate internal deal team meetings and presentations regarding each RFx's schedule, strategy, and status Work cross-functionally with internal information providers to articulate the value of our services and identify tailored ROI models and strategic messaging. Foster strong connections with key stakeholders through proactive communication and ongoing engagement

Ensure the timely execution of customized proposals tailored to each customer's needs at least one week before the official due date

Develop a deep understanding of Cozeva's product capabilities, integrations, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape to properly articulate the ROI and business impact of our solution. This alignment will enable us to tailor proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to the specific audience, aligning them with the customer's strategic goals

Analyze the competitive landscape in the value-based performance market and effectively position Cozeva's offering to stand out

When not working on RFPs, create sales enablement material like presentations, RFP Specialist Page 1 of 2 April 2025 whitepapers, case studies, etc.

Collaborate closely with account executives and other sales support personnel to manage the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Search for and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in responding to and managing RFPs or a related role, preferably within the U.S. healthcare SaaS industry.

Significant experience with value-based care is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, regulations, and common challenges faced by healthcare providers.

Familiarity with the enterprise healthcare sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.

Proven ability to conduct effective prospect research and identify key decision-makers.

Strong presentation creation skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and engaging materials.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical proficiency and understanding of software functionalities is a plus

Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.

A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
