RFP Proposal Writer

This is a full-time on-site role for an RFP Proposal Writer, located in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and preparing high-quality, client-focused Request for Proposal (RFP) responses to support business development efforts. Daily tasks include gathering and organizing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, and developing well-structured and visually impactful proposals. You will also ensure content compliance, accuracy, and alignment with the company's branding guidelines and strategic objectives.

• Strong Writing, Editing, and Proofreading skills
• Demonstrated expertise in RFP Writing and Proposal Development
• Skilled in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Information Synthesis
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively
• Familiarity with Financial Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, English, or a relevant discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
