Overview
Seeking an experienced and self‑motivated Content Manager with deep expertise in the investment
management industry and proficiency in leading content management tools. The role requires
comprehensive end‑to‑end RFP writing experience, along with the ability to work autonomously while
effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and RFP writers to maintain a robust, accurate, and
up‑to‑date content management database.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of investment management concepts
across various asset classes and the supporting infrastructure functions within an investment
management firm, complemented by advanced proficiency in one or more content management
tools. Key to success is an inherent curiosity and a commitment to learning and continuous
improvement. We are looking for someone to be our content management champion!
Requisites for the role
• 3 to 5 years of asset management/investment management proposal writing experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Content Management tools such as
Responsive, Qvidian, Rocketdocs or Loopio. Familiarity with advanced AI-driven features is
considered an advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and the ability to build and maintain
effective working relationships across cultures, functional roles, and time zones.
• Strong organizational abilities and proven capacity to manage multiple priorities with
minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a curiosity about how to leverage AI
technologies in day-to-day work.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Forms,
Planner) to support workflow automation and efficiency improvements is an added
advantage.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. investment market and industry landscape.
Roles and responsibilities
• Content Database Ownership:
Assume full accountability for the governance of the Content Management (CM) database,
Responsive (fka RFPio) overseeing the submission, validation, and maintenance of content
provided by RFP writers and SMEs. Drive data quality standards, enforce timely updates, and
ensure sustained accuracy through regular SME engagement and review.
• Content Accuracy and Readiness:
Partner to create and implement a process to ensure all database content is accurate, up to
date, and structured in a format that is easily accessible and usable for RFP writers and other
stakeholders. Apply comprehensive firm and product knowledge to draft, edit, and refine
question‑and‑answer content stored within the database, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and
consistency.
• Automation and Process Enhancement:
Collaborate with the RFP Manager to support and advance automation initiatives related to
qualitative content, contributing to process efficiency and improved content quality.
• Content Management Champion and Knowledge Sharing:
Proactively stay informed on enhancements and upgrades to Responsive. Share relevant
updates, best practices, and new features with team members to promote continuous
improvement. Partner with team members to improve the adoption of new features.
• Voya IM Knowledge Resource
Maintain a strong and current understanding of Voya Investment Management's Institutional
and Intermediary businesses, including products, investment vehicles, and key initiatives
offered by the firm.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs, including
client portfolio managers, sales teams, client service, legal, compliance, product
management, and other internal partners.
Knowledge & Experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the investment management industry, with
demonstrated exposure to relevant functions and workflows.
• 3–5 years of comprehensive proposal writing experience, including an in‑depth
understanding of RFP processes, best practices, and RFP content management systems.
• Strong understanding of the investment management business, including products and
services across multiple asset classes.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to suggest edits that make
content appropriate for clients and prospects.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem‑solving capabilities. Demonstrated proficiency
with Responsive and/or other RFP content management systems. Experience implementing
AI solutions in RFP processes is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work within tight
deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build
collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including prospects,
consultants, clients, and vendors.
• Strong project management capabilities, with well‑developed organizational, planning, and
presentation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Microsoft
Forms, Planner/Tasks) will be an added advantage.
• MBA, CFA, or CAIA designation (or progress toward one) is highly desirable.

• Shift timings – 1 PM to 10:00 PM IST
