Job Description
Key deliverables:
- Handle on-site troubleshooting of meters and NIC cards
- Manage meter inventory and warranty processes with customers
- Perform firmware uploads and flashing for smart meters
- Coordinate with commercial teams for billing and issue resolution
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct field diagnostics and ensure meter performance
- Support RF/NIC-related issues and device communication
- Maintain stock records and replacements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for service efficiency
