We're expanding our HR Strategy & Transformation COE and looking for a sharp mind to help

shape how we reward, retain, and grow talent across the organization. If you enjoy solving

open-ended problems and building frameworks where none exist yet — this is for you.

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Rewards — own the strategy:

Partner with leadership on high-visibility rewards decisions that influence retention and cost

strategy

Contribute to creating our rewards playbook — that directly shapes business outcomes

Build and refine STI and LTI frameworks that align reward with performance

Help shape career architecture and frameworks

Coordinate with business and HR teams on talent initiatives

What we're looking for:

MBA (HR/relevant specialization)

1–2 years of established experience in HR consulting

Strong analytical thinking — able to structure a problem before a template exists for it

Certified Excel Ninja

Comfort operating in ambiguity

Big plus:

Prior HR consulting background

A track record of creating clarity and structure out of undefined, messy problems
