Oversee and manage payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Design and implement reward strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements related to payroll and benefits.

Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity in payroll systems.
Manage vendor relationships related to payroll and rewards administration.
Analyse market trends to recommend adjustments to pay structures and benefit schemes.
Provide insights and reports to senior management on payroll and reward performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Manager - Rewards and Payroll should have:

A strong educational background in human resources, finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in payroll management and reward strategy within the retail or fashion industry.
A thorough understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using payroll and HR software systems.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret compensation data and market trends.
A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
