Job Description

  • Oversee and manage payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Design and implement reward strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements related to payroll and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish fair and competitive compensation structures.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity in payroll systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to payroll and rewards administration.
  • Analyse market trends to recommend adjustments to pay structures and benefit schemes.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management on payroll and reward performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Manager - Rewards and Payroll should have:

  • A strong educational background in human resources, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in payroll management and reward strategy within the retail or fashion industry.
  • A thorough understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using payroll and HR software systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret compensation data and market trends.
  • A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
