RevStream Application Consultant

Role summary

Support RevStream revenue operations, integrations, data staging and close-cycle activities.

Must-have skills

• RevStream configuration and operations
• Revenue rules and data processing
• Monthly close and reconciliation support
• SQL and data analysis
• API and batch integration troubleshooting

Key responsibilities

• Resolve revenue-processing incidents
• Support data loads, staging and reconciliation
• Investigate interface and calculation issues
• Support close-cycle activities
• Maintain operational documentation

Project-specific requirements

• Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
• Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
• Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
• Capability to work during close-cycle and critical revenue-processing windows.
• Strong coordination with finance, data, integration and product-vendor teams.

Preferred

• Relevant revenue-recognition or financial-systems experience.
