Job Description

RevX is a Revenue Operations agency that helps mid-market B2B and enterprise organizations build scalable, data-driven revenue systems. We manage complex, multi-workstream RevOps engagements for clients and need a strong delivery leader to ensure projects are executed with precision, on time, and with measurable impact.

The RevOps Project Delivery Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of RevOps and GTM projects for RevX clients. You will be the connective tissue between our internal specialists (RevOps engineers, HubSpot/Salesforce analysts, paid media, and AI teams) and our clients — ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery excellence across all engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Own project delivery across multiple RevOps and GTM client engagements simultaneously

  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams and clients

  • Lead client-facing kickoffs, weekly syncs, and QBRs — maintaining strong relationships and executive-level communication

  • Coordinate across internal team members (HubSpot analysts, Salesforce BAs, AI engineers, ads team) to ensure seamless execution

  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and drive resolution before they impact delivery

  • Build and maintain project documentation, SOPs, status reports, and handoff materials

  • Track project health, KPIs, and outcomes; escalate where necessary

  • Drive continuous improvement in RevX's delivery processes, templates, and project frameworks

  • Onboard new clients and manage their transition into active engagements smoothly

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5–8 years of project/program management experience — agency or consulting background strongly preferred

  • Prior experience managing RevOps, CRM, or GTM transformation projects

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce — enough to speak credibly with technical teams

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)

  • Analytical and data-driven — comfortable building status dashboards and tracking delivery metrics

Nice to Have

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience working in or with B2B SaaS companies on revenue operations initiatives

  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or AI-based GTM tooling
