Revit Specialist - 5D Building Modelling

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Revit Specialist - 5D Building Modelling, located in Vadodara with some work from home possible. The Revit Specialist will be responsible for creating detailed 5D building models using Revit software, coordinating and collaborating with project stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy of 3D models, and integrating cost and schedule data into the 5D model. Routine tasks include managing project documentation, refining existing models, conducting quality checks, and providing technical support to the project team.

• Proficiency in Revit and 5D Building Modelling
• Experience with project coordination and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling
• Familiarity with cost and schedule data integration into models
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
