Role Objective: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Draftsman / Revit Modeler with experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation using Revit up to LOD 350 standards. The role requires strong coordination skills, understanding of construction methodologies, and the ability to work closely with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling & Documentation
- Develop accurate architectural BIM models in Revit for residential and commercial high-rise projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings including:
- GA drawings
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Detail drawings
- Working drawings
- Submission drawings
- Develop models and drawings up to LOD 350 standards.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, schedules, and libraries.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and MEP teams for clash-free models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/documentation issues.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain updated project documentation.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely submission of drawings and deliverables.
Quality Control
- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation standards.
- Review and check drawings/models before issuance.
- Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and CAD/BIM standards.
Project Delivery
- Support project teams during design development, construction documentation, and execution stages.
- Assist in extracting BOQs, schedules, and quantity information from BIM models when required.
- Meet project timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- AutoCAD
- BIM workflows
- Knowledge of:
- LOD 350 standards
- Construction detailing
- Working drawing preparation
- High-rise building systems
- Good understanding of residential and commercial building regulations and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and consultant drawings.
- Knowledge of clash detection and coordination workflows is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Certification in Revit/BIM.
- Experience working in architectural or multidisciplinary design firms preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in large-scale high-rise residential and commercial projects.
- Exposure to BIM collaboration environments.
- Experience coordinating with structural and MEP consultants.
