Revit Modeler(Design & Development)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit based on project requirements and design inputs.

* Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and convert design information into accurate Revit models.

* Work on design development and BIM model development from initial concepts through detailed design.

* Create and manage Revit families, components, templates, and project standards as required.

* Prepare construction drawings, plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and documentation from Revit models.

* Ensure models comply with project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve design and model-related issues.

* Perform model checks and assist with clash detection and coordination.

* Review design inputs and identify discrepancies or constructability issues within the model.

* Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

* Support the team in improving Revit workflows, templates, families, and modeling standards.

* Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines.

* Assist in developing and implementing efficient BIM/Revit processes and workflows.
