About The Role
We are seeking a talented
Revit MEP Engineer to join our BIM team and support the delivery of high-quality building services projects.
This role focuses on creating and coordinating BIM models for plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems using Revit MEP. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and BIM teams to ensure accurate project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Revit MEP models.
- Develop plumbing, drainage, and stormwater system models.
- Prepare detailed drawings and BIM documentation.
- Assist with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination activities.
- Participate in model reviews and clash detection processes.
- Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are met.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Revit MEP.
- Knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems.
- Experience producing detailed BIM drawings.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Navisworks experience.
- BIM coordination exposure.
- Experience on commercial or residential building projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
