Your Role
- We are a looking for a Revit MEP / BIM Modeller to develop coordinated service models as part of our multidisciplinary design team.
- The role involves developing HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical BIM models in Revit based on drawings received from MEP consultants, converting CAD inputs into coordinated BIM models, and integrating services with architecture and structure for overall project coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering, or related field.
- 46 years experience in MEP BIM modelling using Revit MEP.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems in building projects.
- Ability to convert consultant drawings into accurate BIM models
- Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection preferred.
- Software: Revit MEP, Navisworks
