So, what are we looking for
We are looking for an Revit Designer for our Pune branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. Somebody who is passionate about AV, a dynamic and highly organized self-starter, and isn't afraid of rolling up their sleeves in order to get the job done on time. This role requires hands-on expertise in Revit, coordination across disciplines, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
What are your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit models and drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD phases, translating AV/technology requirements into coordinated device layouts and infrastructure documentation
- Produce detailed infrastructure drawings including pathways, mounting details, and backboxes to support coordination with architectural and engineering teams
- Convert CAD base plans into Revit models for efficient drawing production
- Coordinate within architectural, structural, and MEP models to support clash detection and spatial coordination
- Participate in coordination and client meetings, clearly communicating design intent, conflicts, and updates
- Work closely with Project Managers/Design Engineers (PM/DE) to align on schedules, priorities, and deliverables
- Incorporate PM/DE and client markups into drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
- Maintain Revit templates, families, and standards in line with company guidelines
- Manage model sharing, publishing, and version control using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM Collaborate Pro
- Perform QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness before project delivery
- Support and guide junior team members on Revit standards and best practices

Does experience count
- 5+ years of experience in Revit for AV / low-voltage / design environments
- Strong proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro
- Experience with CAD-to-Revit workflows and multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural, MEP, etc.)
- Good understanding of construction documentation standards; ability to produce high-quality drawings (plans, sections, details)
- Basic understanding of AV systems and infrastructure (preferred)
- Experience in client interactions, meetings, and design discussions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical information
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams
