Revit Architect / Interior Designer (not Scan to Bim/ Point cloud)

This is a full-time Remote Job at Dream Designers. The Candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying Floor Plans, working drawings & detailed 3D models, including False ceiling design, Furniture modeling, Front Elevation / Facade & interior designing of Residential & Commercial Projects using Revit software. The Candidate will work closely with our team architects, engineers, and Interior designers to produce accurate and high-quality models that meet project requirements. The role involves collaborating with the project team, producing construction drawings, and maintaining project documentation and design research.

It is 9am to 6pm job, sundays are off, 1 leave per month & some national holidays are provided.

Note:High Performance Pc with a stable Wifi connection is must required with the candidate for remote working. *Salary will range between 25,000Rs. to 30,000Rs. per month, depending on candidate's knowledge & skills.* ( for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience)

Qualifications & Skill Set Req :

• A degree / diploma in Architecture/ Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling for Interior Designing & making Facade of a structure in Revit.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction field (min. 3 years experience in using Revit Architecture is a must )
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate models
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Additional Knowledge of working on 3ds Max & Vray is a plus.
