Job Description

Company Description Careerist is India's first dedicated reverse recruiting agency, focused on helping job seekers secure better roles rather than serving employers hiring needs. The company runs structured, strategic job search campaigns for mid-career and senior professionals across sales, HR, technology, and business roles. Careerist supports candidates by identifying suitable opportunities, applying on their behalf, optimizing their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and preparing them for interviews. Using a CRM-driven approach, the team manages outreach, follow-ups, and positioning to make job searches more targeted, measurable, and less stressful. The mission is to turn job search into a consistent, accountable process that brings more interviews and better career outcomes for clients.

Compensation: In the range of 20,000 to 40,000 INR per month (BASED ON EXP)

Role Description The Reverse Recruiter (Job Search Specialist) is a full-time, remote role responsible for executing end-to-end job search campaigns for Careerist's clients. The role includes proactively reaching out to recruiters and hiring managers, managing follow-ups, and tracking progress in the CRM system. The specialist collaborates with clients to refine resumes and LinkedIn profiles, advise on positioning, and share insights on market trends and opportunities. Day-to-day work also involves preparing clients for interviews, monitoring pipeline activity, and ensuring each job search remains strategic, organized, and outcome-focused.
