This is a full-time and remote position for a Revenue, Sales and Quality Manager. The role involves overseeing and optimizing revenue strategies, managing sales operations, ensuring exceptional quality of services, and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, strategizing to enhance revenue growth, maintaining high standards of hospitality offerings, setting quality benchmarks, and collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong expertise in Revenue Management, Sales Strategy, and Pricing Models
• Proven experience in Quality Control, Process Improvement, and Setting Service Standards
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Report Generation, and Performance Metrics Tracking
• Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration Skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and drive results
• Knowledge or experience in the hospitality, resort, or tourism industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with property management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
