Revenue & OTA Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the OTA & Reservations team, including KPIs and performance.
• Develop pricing and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and revenue.
• Manage OTA listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and rate parity.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and booking data to drive decisions.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve property performance and profitability.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years in OTA, Revenue Management, Reservations, Hospitality or Travel.
• Strong knowledge of OTAs, PMS, channel managers and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
