Role Objective
To ensure smooth revenue operations by managing contracts, compliance, CRM hygiene, internal coordination, and sales to finance alignment. This role acts as the backbone of the sales & finance team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between Sales, complete accounts management, Legal, and Solutioning. We are hiring a person who has a knowledge of Sales & Accountancy who can independently manage end to end accounting in Zoho Books and support routine sales operations. The person should be hands on, accurate, and comfortable with monthly closures and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Contracts and Compliance
- Prepare, review, and manage agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and client contracts
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms, payment clauses, and approval workflows
- Maintain a central repository of all signed agreements and contracts
NDA and Contract Management
- Coordinate with the Legal team for drafting, revisions, and approvals
- Track contract status, renewals, expiries, and amendments
- Ensure timely execution and storage of all legal documents
HubSpot CRM Management
- Own HubSpot hygiene and accuracy
- Update deals, stages, activities, and microtasks on behalf of sales team members
- Ensure all sales activities, notes, and follow ups are logged correctly
- Generate basic reports for pipeline, closures, and aging
Finance and Billing Coordination
- Coordinate with Accounts team Megha for advances, invoices, and payment follow ups
- Ensure POs, invoices, and payment milestones are aligned with contracts
- Track outstanding receivables and flag delays to sales leadership
Internal Systems and Tracker Sync
- Keep ClickUp, HubSpot, and internal trackers fully aligned
- Ensure deal data, timelines, commercials, and ownership are consistent across tools
- Create discipline around updates and closure documentation
Central PO Management
- Maintain a central tracker for all client POs
- Ensure POs are received, validated, and mapped correctly to invoices and projects
- Flag gaps or mismatches proactively
Sales and Solutioning Coordination
- Coordinate meetings between Sales and Solutioning teams
- Ensure briefs, inputs, and documents are shared in advance
- Track post meeting action items and follow ups
Cross Functional Coordination
Act as the single point of coordination between Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Solutioning
Ensure smooth handovers and clear communication across teams
Accounting Management
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Zoho Books
- Record sales, purchase, expense entries and journal entries
- Manage vendor payments and customer collections tracking
- Bank, cash, credit card, and ledger reconciliations
- Month end and year end closing support
- GST and TDS working support and coordination with CA
- Maintain proper documents and audit ready records
- Prepare basic MIS and reports as required
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Business Operations, or Contract Management
- Hands on experience with HubSpot CRM mandatory
- Strong understanding of contracts, POs, invoicing, and sales finance workflows
- Experience working closely with Accounts and Legal teams
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and parallel tasks
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Tools Exposure
- HubSpot CRM
- ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing workflows
- Google Sheets and internal trackers
- Strong working experience on Zoho Books
- End to end bookkeeping experience in a real business environment
- Good Excel skills and strong reconciliation ability
- Clear understanding of GST and TDS basics
- High ownership and attention to detail
