Job Title: Revenue Operations Executive
Reporting To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Sector-28, Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Executive will support the Chief Revenue Officer in driving operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This role is responsible for revenue process optimization, data analysis, CRM management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure predictable revenue growth and improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & Process Management
- Support end-to-end revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Design, implement, and optimize revenue processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure alignment between go-to-market teams and revenue objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key revenue metrics
- Prepare regular dashboards and performance reports for the CRO and leadership team.
- Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
CRM & Tools Management
- Own day-to-day CRM operations, including data hygiene, pipeline management, and user adoption.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across sales and marketing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement CRM enhancements and automation.
Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Support sales planning, quota tracking, incentive calculations, and performance analysis.
- Assist in lead management processes, funnel optimization, and handover between teams.
- Enable teams with insights, playbooks, and operational support to improve productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth revenue operations.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning initiatives.
- Assist in special projects and strategic initiatives led by the CRO
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduates/ Bachelor's degree in any field 03 years of experience in Sales, Tele-calling, Revenue Operations, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable

- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Mandatory)
