Revenue Operations Associate

Summary

Entry-level Revenue Operations Associate to join our team as an internal contractor. This role will focus on supporting data operations projects and assisting with CRM and systems-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large datasets across multiple platforms. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM administration capabilities would have high value, but not needed.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the case queue by addressing beginner CRM and systems questions, escalating cases as needed.

- Support key Revenue Operations projects related to GTM processes.

- Perform data operations tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager and other team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Skills

- Proficiency in Excel, including vLookup and other data analysis functions.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or any tools if possible.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Some prior experience in data operations or a related field.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Reporting

This position reports directly to the Revenue Operations Manager.
