Job Description

About the role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Revenue Operations Analyst based in India to support our fast-growing Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This role is focused on ensuring clean data, smooth systems, and efficient day-to-day execution across GTM operationsall while working U.S. hours. If you enjoy problem-solving, keeping CRM processes humming, and helping teams perform at their best, you'll be a great fit.

What you will do:

  • Support daily RevOps tasks like lead routing, territory changes, and account assignments
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and data gaps flagged by sales reps or managers
  • Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools
  • Respond to internal RevOps tickets and complete requests with accuracy and speed
  • Partner with senior team members to execute updates and test new workflows
  • QA, clean, and enrich CRM data to ensure reporting and forecasting accuracy
  • Support campaign attribution, sequence tracking, and funnel visibility

Who you are:

  • 12 years experience in Revenue/Sales Ops, Sales Support, or BizOps
  • Experience using Salesforce (required)
  • Exposure to tools like Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Comfort with working U.S. hours and communicating across time zones
  • Excellent written English for async updates and Slack/email communication

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with U.S. based GTM teams
  • Familiarity with CPQ, DocuSign workflows, or CRM automation
  • Skills in Google Sheets/Excel or light SQL
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
