About the role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Revenue Operations Analyst based in India to support our fast-growing Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This role is focused on ensuring clean data, smooth systems, and efficient day-to-day execution across GTM operationsall while working U.S. hours. If you enjoy problem-solving, keeping CRM processes humming, and helping teams perform at their best, you'll be a great fit.
What you will do:
- Support daily RevOps tasks like lead routing, territory changes, and account assignments
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and data gaps flagged by sales reps or managers
- Maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools
- Respond to internal RevOps tickets and complete requests with accuracy and speed
- Partner with senior team members to execute updates and test new workflows
- QA, clean, and enrich CRM data to ensure reporting and forecasting accuracy
- Support campaign attribution, sequence tracking, and funnel visibility
Who you are:
- 12 years experience in Revenue/Sales Ops, Sales Support, or BizOps
- Experience using Salesforce (required)
- Exposure to tools like Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness
- Comfort with working U.S. hours and communicating across time zones
- Excellent written English for async updates and Slack/email communication
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with U.S. based GTM teams
- Familiarity with CPQ, DocuSign workflows, or CRM automation
- Skills in Google Sheets/Excel or light SQL
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
