This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Manager, located in Serilingampalli. The Revenue Manager will oversee and optimize the hotel's revenue streams through data-driven analysis, inventory management, and strategic pricing decisions. Responsibilities include forecasting demand, developing revenue strategies, managing distribution systems, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitive data, and ensuring maximum revenue generation while maintaining guest satisfaction and service standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including data analysis and forecasting
• Expertise in revenue management systems, pricing strategies, and inventory management
• Proficiency in distribution channels and understanding of market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in the hospitality industry and prior knowledge of hotel revenue management practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with revenue management or Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
