Job Description

Role: Revenue Manager – India Growth Market (IGM-Region)

Reporting to: Regional Business Head

Role Purpose

Drive revenue visibility, conversion, and growth for the region by ensuring strong tracking of trends, timely renewals with least possible leakage, improving OB to IR conversion, and working closely with KAMs to maximize customer outcomes and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Performance & Visibility

Own end-to-end tracking of regional revenue performance

Highlight risks, gaps, and growth opportunities with clear action plans

Provide regular, structured updates with sharp insights (not just data)

  • Growth & Usage Enhancement

Track usage product trends across accounts

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support KAMs with actionable inputs

Drive initiatives to increase wallet share and product adoption

  • Renewals & Account Health

Ensure renewal pipeline visibility and on-time closures

Work closely with KAMs and customers to mitigate churn risks

Intervene in critical accounts and drive resolution plans

  • OB to IR Conversion

Drive tight governance on OB to IR conversion with the respective PMs

Identify delays, leakages, and dependencies; ensure timely closure

Work with cross-functional teams to improve billing and realization efficiency

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a bridge between sales, finance, collection & delivery teams

Ensure alignment and execution discipline across functions

Support leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations
