Revenue Manager & E-Distribution Specialist Boutique & Experiential Hotels

About Pasban

Pasban manages a curated collection of boutique and experiential hotels across India. We work closely with owners and on-ground teams to strengthen pricing, distribution, and online performance, while ensuring systems and processes remain clean, disciplined, and scalable across properties.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on revenue management and e-distribution role.

The role focuses on execution, not just analysis. You will manage all OTA-related tasks across multiple hotels, including channel managers, PMS mapping, rate parity, inventory accuracy, and ongoing distribution hygiene.

You will work closely with reservations, front office teams, and management to ensure pricing and distribution strategies are implemented correctly on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

OTA & Online Distribution

  • Manage OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)
  • Set up and maintain:
  • Room types
  • Rate plans
  • Inventory
  • Restrictions (Min LOS, CTA/CTD, stop sells)
  • Ensure rate parity across all channels
  • Monitor OTA performance and resolve issues proactively

Channel Manager & PMS Integration

  • Handle channel manager setup and ongoing management
  • Ensure accurate PMS Channel Manager OTA mapping
  • Manage:
  • Initial integrations
  • Room and rate mapping
  • Sync issues and troubleshooting
  • Prevent overbookings and availability errors

Revenue Management Execution

  • Implement pricing strategies across hotels
  • Support:
  • Dynamic pricing
  • Seasonal pricing
  • Demand-based restrictions
  • Track pickup, occupancy, ADR, and booking pace
  • Share insights and flags with management

New Hotel Onboarding

  • Handle OTA and distribution setup for new hotels
  • Ensure new properties go live smoothly on:
  • PMS
  • Channel manager
  • OTAs
  • Follow standard distribution SOPs across all hotels

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with:
  • Reservations teams
  • Front office teams
  • Operations teams
  • Share regular updates on:
  • Distribution issues
  • Rate parity
  • Pickup trends
  • Support reporting and performance reviews

Process & System Hygiene

  • Maintain clean, error-free system setups
  • Follow defined revenue and distribution SOPs
  • Document mappings and changes clearly
  • Ensure consistency across the hotel portfolio

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • 37 years experience in hotel revenue management / e-distribution
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • OTA extranets
  • Channel managers
  • PMS integrations
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Rate plans
  • Inventory management
  • Distribution restrictions
  • Experience working across multiple hotels or a hotel portfolio

Good to Have

  • Experience with boutique or experiential hotels
  • Exposure to both revenue strategy and execution
  • Experience onboarding hotels on OTAs
  • Comfort working closely with operations teams
