JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Revenue Manager
Location: Corporate Office - Bangalore
Experience Required: 5–10 years (relevant hospitality revenue experience mandatory)

Position Overview
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving revenue optimization for the Spark by Hilton portfolio through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and performance analysis. The role will work closely with Sales, Reservations, and property teams to maximize RevPAR, market share, and overall profitability while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies across assigned properties.
Monitor daily pick-up, pace, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market performance.
Optimize room inventory allocation and manage overbooking strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and distribution performance.
Conduct regular revenue performance calls with property teams.
Support annual budgeting and revenue planning processes.
Ensure rate integrity and compliance with brand standards across all channels.
Provide periodic performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant experience in hotel revenue management (mandatory).
Experience with internationally branded hotels preferred.
Prior exposure to Hilton systems and revenue tools (e.g., OnQ, GRO, R&I, Hilton reporting platforms) will be a strong added advantage.
Strong understanding of key revenue metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Market Penetration Index.
Proficiency in PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
