CoPlay (powered by Hudle) is a community first brand that operates 40+ premium sports facilities across the country. We want to build the biggest and the most loved sports community brand and aim to build and operate 250+ sports clubs across the country over the next few years.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Revenue Manager who is dedicated purely to achieving B2B Revenue targets. You are the powerhouse responsible for identifying and closing revenue pipelines that make CoPlay clubs thrive. You will execute the region's B2B strategy, ensuring every venue in your portfolio is a high-performing business unit.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Own the end-to-end B2B revenue target of a portfolio of 25 sports clubs. Your mission is to grow revenue through corporate memberships, coaching academies, large-scale B2B events & brand partnerships.
- Focus is on high closing rates and owning monthly revenue targets.
- Own a collective regional community target and coach the on-ground team to ensure community efforts translate into revenue.
- Drive absolute SOP compliance and escalation management for your assigned sports clubs.
- Maintain high-level relationships with club partners and facilitate partner assistance.
You are likely to be someone:
- Has Experience of 3 to 5 years
- Has owned B2B revenue in a Phygital startup (Physical ops + Digital scale).
- Gets a kick out of closing and has a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Is comfortable with CRMs and dashboards.
- Identifies revenue leaks and plug them before anyone else notices.
- Measures success by the results, not just the hours you put in.
The Role is not for:
- If you prefer long planning cycles over testing and scaling new ideas, our pace might be a bit much. CoPlay is about speed and iteration.
- If you're not comfortable with building new revenue streams, this might feel too out of your comfort zone.
- If you'd rather stay behind a desk than meet a partner, you might miss out on the action.
Salary: 7 to 10 LPA
