Role Description
Jhankar Haveli is seeking a full-time, on-site Revenue & Operations Executive in Jodhpur. The candidate will oversee revenue optimization, OTA management, pricing strategy, booking operations, and coordination across three hospitality properties.
The role requires strong analytical ability, operational understanding, and proactive coordination with reservations, front office, housekeeping, and management teams to maximize occupancy, guest satisfaction, and overall profitability.
This position is ideal for someone who understands hospitality operations and can actively contribute toward the growth and smooth functioning of multiple boutique properties.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & OTA Management
- Manage pricing strategy across all major OTA platforms including Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.
- Monitor occupancy trends, market demand, competitor pricing, and seasonal performance.
- Optimize room inventory and availability across all channels.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability.
- Handle rate parity and OTA content updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate operations across all 3 properties to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Monitor reservation flow, check-ins/check-outs, and operational updates.
- Follow up with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams regarding operational requirements.
- Ensure guest complaints and service issues are resolved efficiently.
- Support management in improving operational SOPs and service standards.
- Assist in staff coordination and scheduling when required.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain financial and occupancy records.
- Generate forecasting reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain vendor and booking partner communication.
- Ensure operational data and reports are updated regularly.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Revenue Management and pricing strategy development.
- Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command over Excel, OTA extranets, PMS systems, and hospitality software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in hospitality revenue management or hotel operations is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 15,000 – 22,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)
