Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Revenue Manager you'll need to:
- Manage revenue operations, distribution strategy, and daily pick-up analysis.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies tailored to each property.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive benchmarking, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare dynamic forecasts, performance reports, and long-term strategy recommendations.
- Ensure all revenue systems are configured, optimized, and accurately maintained.
- Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to drive overall revenue performance.
- Audit reservation standards, review data quality, and evaluate OTA partners and contracted rates.
- Support the annual revenue budgeting process and handle additional tasks as assigned
Skills Required:
You'll need to have:
- Great Communication Skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.
- Should be great with Excel and PPT.
- Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst.
- Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
