Job description:

Pricing & Yield Strategy

• Set and manage dynamic pricing across all brands and regions via PriceLabs

• Adjust pricing strategy for seasonality, local events and demand fluctuations

• Manage minimum-stay, length-of-stay and rate rules across the portfolio

• Support pricing setup for newly onboarded properties across all brands

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and booking pace across the portfolio

• Produce brand-level and group-level revenue reporting for the CCO and brand GMs

• Identify underperforming properties or segments and recommend corrective action

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Track competitor pricing and comp sets across CLG's operating regions (QLD, Northern NSW, Berry NSW, Victoria)

• Monitor broader short-term rental market trends and adjust strategy accordingly

Channel Management

• Optimise distribution and rate parity across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels

• Support promotional and channel-specific pricing strategies as required

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with brand GMs and AGMs on regional pricing needs and priorities

• Partner with Operations on pricing setup for new property onboarding

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in revenue management within short-term rental or hospitality

• Hands-on experience with PriceLabs or an equivalent revenue management system

• Strong analytical and Excel/data skills
