Revenue Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a Revenue Manager for a full-time, on-site role at Hard Rock Hotel Goa, located in Calangute, Bardez. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for optimizing the hotel's revenue performance by analyzing market trends, implementing pricing strategies, managing inventory, and developing revenue management tactics. The role also involves forecasting, monitoring booking patterns, and collaborating with other departments to maximize profit and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in relevant revenue management tools and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
