Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Revenue Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for analyzing hotel performance data, developing pricing strategies, and optimizing revenue across various distribution channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include revenue forecasting, implementing revenue management systems, and working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure profitability and alignment with business goals. The role also includes monitoring competitor pricing and market trends, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies, and preparing financial and performance reports.

What we're looking for

1. Experience working with Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
2. Hands-on exposure to hotel revenue management
3. Experience managing or supporting chain hotels / multiple properties
4. Strong understanding of pricing, OTA performance, and market demand
5. Ability to work closely with hotel owners, GMs, and internal teams

• Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven mindset to interpret market trends and performance metrics
• Proficiency in Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition techniques
• Solid foundation in Finance, Accounting, and budget preparation
• Ability to monitor and refine pricing strategies to maximize profitability
• Proven problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with revenue management systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools
• Experience in the hospitality industry or SaaS platforms is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
