We're hiring a Revenue Lead Cross-sell to unlock the full potential of our fitness products business by driving deeper penetration, awareness, and consideration among Cult.fit's gym user base.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role at the intersection of commerce, brand, and consumer behavior. You will define the end-state vision for product cross-sell, craft the roadmap, and lead execution across multiple touchpointsgyms, app, CRM, and performance marketing.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the brand communication strategy for our product categories and building targeted awareness campaigns.
You'll lead a lean team, collaborate cross-functionally across operations, marketing, and product, and bring a strong data-first mindset to track performance, optimize levers, and guide decision-making

- Own the Strategy- Define the long-term vision for product penetration and category growth among gym users. Build a clear, phased roadmap to drive first-time purchase and repeat sales.
- Drive Growth- Lead execution across Cult.fit's ecosystem: fitness centers, app, CRM, and paid channels.Design cross- channel campaigns that drive discovery, acquisition, and engagement. Track performance metrics and iterate based on what works.
- Build Awareness & Brand Consideration- Design and deploy targeted campaigns to improve category awareness and brand salience within the gym user base. Partner with brand marketing to align messaging across digital and physical touchpoints. Develop a POV on communication strategy across product categories and audiences.
- Deepen Customer Understanding- Segment the user base to identify high-opportunity cohorts and behavior patterns. Identify moments in the fitness journey when users are most likely to engage with products. Build tailored journeys that nurture intent and drive conversions.
- Collaborate & Influence- Work with Gym Operations to activate physical spaces and train teams for in-gym discovery. Partner with Category Managers on pricing, assortment, and inventory planning. Align with Product and Tech teams to build seamless journeys within the app.
- Lead the Team- Manage and mentor a team of 24 cross-sell and growth specialists. Create clarity, accountability, and high performance across workstreams.
Qualifications And Skills
- 610 years of experience in growth, business, or category roles in a consumer-facing business.
- Exposure to customer acquisition and cross-sell problems at scale.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, CRM, and BTL activations.
- Experience in brand communication, awareness campaigns, and messaging strategy.
- Highly data-oriented with experience in campaign analytics, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
