We're hiring Head of Revenue & P&L Ecommerce & Quick Commerce
This is not a marketing role. This is a numbers, ownership, and scale role.
At Gytree, we're building a category-defining women's health brand across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce. The next phase of growth needs a leader who has owned revenue, margins, and P&L, not just channels.
We're looking for someone who has scaled a consumer brand in Ecommerce + Quick Commerce, understands the brutal realities of unit economics, and thrives on quarterly targets.
This role is for you if you have:
- Owned P&L for a consumer brand (not assisted, owned)
- Scaled revenue across Shopify, Amazon, Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart / BB Now/ others
- Built predictable growth with clear quarterly numbers
- A sharp grip on CM1, CM2, contribution margins, burn vs growth
- Experience balancing scale vs sustainability (not discount-led vanity GMV)
What you will own (end-to-end):
- Quarterly and annual revenue targets across channels
- Channel-wise P&L: D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce
- Pricing, promotions, and margin structures
- Forecasting, inventory planning, and demand alignment
- Revenue growth without breaking retention or brand trust
What success looks like:
- Revenue clarity by channel, not blended etc
- Strong contribution margins with disciplined CAC
- Quick commerce as a profitable growth lever, not an experiment
- Leadership visibility into weekly and monthly performance
- A team that executes with speed and accountability
