The Revenue Head will be responsible for driving revenue optimization across Mahindra Holidays resort portfolio. This includes developing pricing strategies, managing inventory distribution, and ensuring maximum yield from all sales channels while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue strategy: Design and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximize revenue across resorts.
- Forecasting & budgeting: Lead demand forecasting, revenue projections, and annual budgeting.
- Channel management: Optimize distribution across OTAs, GDS, direct channels, and corporate tie‑ups.
- Inventory optimization: Ensure balanced allocation of rooms across channels to prevent overbooking or underutilization.
- Data analytics: Use BI tools and analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and yield.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies.
- Team leadership: Lead and mentor the revenue management team across regions.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
- 12–15 years of experience in hospitality revenue management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of CRS, PMS, RMS, and OTA platforms.
- Expertise in pricing models, demand forecasting, and yield management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
