We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Revenue Generation Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue-generating activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and other business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Revenue Generation, or Sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
