Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Revenue Generation Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue-generating activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, business development, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and other business development activities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Revenue Generation, or Sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
