We are seeking an experienced and results-driven RCM Manager to join our growing team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience managing end-to-end medical billing and revenue cycle operations.

Position Overview

The RCM Manager will oversee daily revenue cycle operations, manage team performance, ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations, and drive operational excellence across all billing functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing processes, team management, denial management, and client relationship handling.

This is a full-time on-site night shift position based in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations.

- Lead teams responsible for medical billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, charge entry, denial management, and collections.

- Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and operational KPIs to ensure performance goals are achieved.

- Develop and implement process improvements to maximize revenue realization and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare billing standards.

- Analyze reports and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve escalations and operational concerns.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning for night shift operations.

- Support employee development, training, and retention initiatives.

- Ensure timely resolution of claim denials and aging accounts receivable.

- Maintain strong client communication and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing operations.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing, insurance claims, AR follow-up, and denial management.

- Experience working with EMR/EHR and medical billing platforms.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

- Willingness to work night shifts from the Kochi office.

- Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare clients.

- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding processes.

- Exposure to process optimization and operational reporting.

- Experience managing large teams within healthcare BPO or RCM environments.
