Director – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Location: Noida
Role Summary
Senior leadership role responsible for managing large-scale US healthcare revenue cycle operations, owning P&L, and driving client success. This position leads multi-functional RCM delivery teams, ensures SLA excellence, and partners with US clients to optimize revenue realization, reduce denials, and enable scalable growth.
What You Will Own
- Full ownership of end-to-end RCM delivery across multiple accounts (200–500+ FTEs)
- P&L management including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
- Executive client relationships with US healthcare providers and billing organizations
- Operational excellence across AR, denials, coding, billing, and collections
- Transformation initiatives (automation, analytics, and process re-engineering)

Business & Financial Leadership
- Drive margin expansion and revenue growth across RCM portfolios
- Improve key financial metrics: Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, First Pass Resolution
- Deliver measurable impact on cash acceleration and denial reduction
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as executive sponsor for key client accounts
- Lead QBRs/WBRs, presenting insights, performance trends, and growth opportunities
- Build long-term partnerships resulting in account expansion and renewals
Operational Excellence
- Lead large-scale delivery across eligibility, coding, charge entry, AR, and denials
- Implement Lean / Six Sigma-driven improvements to enhance productivity and quality
- Standardize SOPs and drive best-in-class quality and compliance frameworks
Transformation & Innovation
- Champion automation (RPA, AI-based denial prediction) and workflow optimization
- Leverage RCM platforms such as Epic and Cerner for operational efficiency
- Build data-driven decision systems with real-time dashboards and analytics
People Leadership
- Lead and mentor multi-layered leadership teams
- Build scalable teams with strong talent pipelines and succession planning
- Drive engagement, retention, and performance culture in a 24/7 delivery model
What We're Looking For (Candidate Profile)
- 10–15 years of experience in US healthcare RCM
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing large offshore delivery (200+ FTEs)
- Strong track record of P&L ownership and client-facing leadership
- Deep expertise in AR, denial management, coding, and billing operations
- Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO or global capability centers
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with organizations like Optum, Omega Healthcare, access health care, R1RCM or IKS Health.
- Exposure to large-scale transitions (onshore → offshore migrations)
- Strong understanding of US payer systems (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
- MBA / MHA or equivalent leadership training
