Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete revenue cycle including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation for hotel clients
- Handle OTA, corporate, and direct booking revenue tracking and reporting
- Work on systems like Comset, Start Reporting, and Cvent (for contract binding & event revenue)
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and ensure timely collections
- Perform revenue audits, variance analysis, and daily revenue reconciliation
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue capture. 7. Prepare MIS reports, revenue dashboards, and client reporting (US shift)
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and internal SOPs
- Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective measures
- Support month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting activities
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in US hotel revenue cycle / AR / billing
- Knowledge of hotel operations, OTA platforms, and revenue systems
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
