This role is for one of our clients

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Executive with experience in hotel revenue operations to manage end-to-end billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation processes. This role focuses on ensuring accurate revenue tracking across multiple booking channels, including OTA, corporate, and direct bookings, while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as front office, sales, and finance to ensure seamless revenue capture and reporting. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, particularly while working in US shift timings.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete revenue cycle, including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Track and report revenue across OTA platforms, corporate bookings, and direct channels.
  • Work with revenue systems and tools to manage contracts, reporting, and event-based revenue.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and drive timely collections.
  • Perform daily revenue reconciliation, audits, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with front office, sales, and finance teams to capture and report revenue correctly.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and client-facing revenue reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal SOPs.
  • Identify revenue leakages and implement corrective actions.
  • Support month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2–5 years of experience in hotel revenue cycle management, AR, billing, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, booking platforms, and revenue systems.
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently.
