Key Purpose of the job
As part of Redington Internal Audit team, you will lead revenue assurance with a team across geographies/ functions. This role focuses on safeguarding revenue streams, minimizing leakage, and optimizing financial processes in our distribution operations across MEA and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with specific expertise in rebate/ discount verification and tracking and influencing timely implementation of cost saving/ revenue optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate vendor rebates by reviewing agreements, calculating entitlements, and reconciling claims.
- Identify revenue leakage, process gaps, and cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to track profitability, efficiency, and impact of initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business, Finance, and IT teams to strengthen controls and automate processes.
- Prepare periodic MIS and management reports with findings and action plans.
- Build and maintain strong business partner relationships.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CMA/CA or semi-qualified CA preferred.
- 35 years experience in revenue assurance, audit, or financial analysis (distribution/IT preferred).
- Strong experience in rebate management and high-volume transactions.
- Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau; SAP, SQL, KNIME are added advantages.
- Strong planning, execution, and deadline-driven mindset.
