About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager for our Revenue Assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate accounting, compliance with IndAS standards, and smooth coordination across international entities, payment gateways, and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage books closure for international entities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and monitor various reconciliations including revenue, receivables, and other related accounts.
- Ensure compliance with IndAS 115 (Revenue Recognition) and maintain high standards of accounting accuracy.
- Drive coordination with payment gateways, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support commercial negotiations with external partners and assist in structuring financial terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and controls in revenue assurance.
- Prepare and present management reports for senior leadership on reconciliations, variances, and risk areas.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA (20182022 batch) or MBA in Finance (20182022 batch).
- Strong knowledge of IndAS 115 and revenue recognition principles.
- Hands-on experience in account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audits.
- Exposure to international accounting / entity consolidation preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / basic knowledge of SQL will be plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (D365 will be plus).
