Role: Revenue Associate in Training

In this role, you will help optimize hotel performance and drive revenue growth by learning the key building blocks of revenue management. You will be involved in essential day-to-day strategies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and thoughtful execution. Each task you perform will directly help hotels stay competitive and confident in fast-changing markets.

What You'll Do

• Pricing Updates: Adjust pricing based on trends, competition, and internal strategy. Become comfortable with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.
• OTA Management: Maintain and optimize listings on major platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb, ensuring visibility and improved rankings.
• Rate Shopping: Track market rates and help ensure your hotels remain competitive.
• Rate Plan Configuration: Configure and maintain rate plans in PMS and RMS systems to support smooth daily operations.
• Work Location: Pune office, Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 4 AM.
